Because perfume is emotion transformed in molecules. Mark Buxton Perfumes Collection is a puzzle of living moments, closely resembling experiences that each of us may have had. Black Collection, to become what it is, had to go through different stages of Mark Buxton’s professional life. The very first fragrances that were meant to stay with Mark when he decided to go independent were Wood and Absinth and Black Angel. Now, they, along with six other fragrances, remain in the Black Collection.

MARK BUXTON stands as a legend in the perfume world, having accomplished a myriad of achievements by the age of 50. His extensive resume includes designing fragrances for prominent mainstream brands such as Givenchy, Burberry, and Versace. Additionally, he has crafted innovative scents for niche lines like Comme des Garçons. Mark Buxton was born in England and worked at Haarmann & Reimer and Symrise before going freelance and consulting for Luzi. He loves the finer things in life, including wine and haute cuisine. He has launched his own brand, Mark Buxton Perfumes, and is co-founder of the Nose perfumery concept store in Paris.
